Did you see my post from last week? I have received comments from as far as Finland and Australia on that card... because those bundles are absolutely gorgeous! Stampin' UP! makes it SO easy to make amazing cards and this Mini Catalog is proof of that!
There is nothing ordinary about receiving a HANDMADE Christmas card! It represents the meaning of Christmas... taking the time to show others how much they mean to you. Plus, you can't put an internet card on the mantel now, can you? lol...

OH! Night Divine!!
I remember as a child this was one of my FAVORITE Christmas songs! Back in a time when you could still sing traditional Christmas songs in school... Away in the Manger, Oh! Night Divine... Silent Night...
So when I saw these bundles in the upcoming Stampin' UP!© Mini Catalog, I knew I had to have them! I can't post links to these products yet as they are not available to the public yet... but I can show you what I've done with them! I think you will agree both these bundles are DIVINE!

I have had such a fun time playing with the
Stampin' UP! Sweet Citrus Stamp Set and the Sweet Citrus Hybrid Embossing Folder !!
Such a sweet, yet tangy stamp set! Here are couple
of cards I created this week!
On this card I lightly sprayed my Basic White cardstock with water, then ran it through my embossing maching using the Sweet Citrus embossing folder. The water breaks down the fibers and gives you a deeper emboss. Then once it's dry the images retain their shape much better! I then used Blending Brushes and added color. I ran another piece through in the same manner, but this time once dry I cut out the die cut fruit using the matching dies!!
I used the same technique here only I used Parakeet Parade and Granny Apple Green for a monochromatic look. So simple!
Again using only Flirty Flamingo! So SWEET!

Whenever there is a COLOR REFRESH... I CRINGE!! Sometimes we just HATE saying GOOD-BYE!
But along with saying good-bye.. we sometimes find a favorite new friend... or color!
BOHO BLUE is just that! I am in LOVE with this new blue...and the fact that the Countryside Corners Suite included the Countryside Inn DSP... which uses... wait for it... BOHO BLUE, I knew I had to give it a shot!
Then there is the Bloom Hybrid Embossing folder and dies... I almost missed it completely until I saw it in the Clearance Rack! So luckily we met, just before we had to say GOOD-BYE! As of today it is still there but you will have to act fast!

It was as if the two products were meant to MEET.. even if it was for a moment.
Each held their own brilliance and it came together in a SYMPHONY!!
The Bloom Hybrid embossing folder and dies are gone... if you were two ships that passed in the night, don't fret... you can use any of the Stampin' UP! flower stamps with matching dies or punches to create this card... and the embossed Bojo Blue center piece on the front can be embossed with any embossing folder you choose.
The moral of the story is... be sure to keep you eyes open, because good things can pass you by, without you even noticing.. but know that JOY comes in the morning... always... today my JOY is Boho Blue and the Countryside Suite!
As we all know during COVID our lives changed. The after effects still linger both physically and emotionally for many. The Bible says 'ALL things work for the good for those who love the Lord'... many times we can't see this in the midst of our season but if you look back you might see that it's true.
Today I hit my first milestone on YouTube! YAY!! But this never would have happened if COVID hadn't made us all stay home! I was forced to step OUT of my comfort zone... and I'm so glad I did!
Here are a couple of my most viewed tutorials... the first one is TWO parts... it was one of my first and I didn't know to put my phone in AIRPLANE MODE!! LOL... So be sure to look for part TWO!
My workshops are not only fun and creative... they are a release... a fellowship where we all 'get away' for a bit from the hustle and bustle of 'real' life. I didn't want to take that away from my club members.. so I did the UNTHINKABLE!! I began to create VIDEOS on YouTube... so they could use the kits I 'porch-dropped' and we could still create our monthly workshop projects. We also met on Zoom but for those who could not make it, I created the tutorials on YouTube.
WHO KNEW??? I had NO idea that anyone else would actually watch my tutorials... and now look.. 1000 SUBSCRIBERS!!
Sometimes we have to look back and see how something good actually came out of a bad time... no this isn't life changing... but for me... it's pretty neat.

This little LIGHT of MINE!
A couple of years ago, I posted a Light Up Card using the Stampin' Up! stamp set Campology. Then 'Lighting the Way' bundle came along.. and TODAY... I created
a MASTERPIECE!!
as WOW as my LIGHT UP Campology Card was, there were issues with keeping the connection firm with the diodes... BUT as soon as I saw the Lighting the Way bundle I knew I was going to LIGHT it UP once again! This time I used LED lights with prongs and I think I found the solution...

My take on a card posted by Tina Wardell (Tinas Crafty Ink Spot) in a demonstrator Facebook group. I loved her cards so I case'd them for one of my upcoming workshops, putting my own twist on it. I needed an Easter card as well for a swap, so I felt the sentiment 'Love Never Fails' tells the true story of Easter.

I used A Fish and a Wish punch bundle as well as a stamp from Artistically Inked! I broke out my retired-not-so-retired Pretty Peacock cardstock and ink... (spoiler alert??) as well as retiring Mint Macaroon... then decided to mix up the colors!!
