So sometimes you have to 'step outside the box!' So although Valentine's Day is coming SOON.. I decided to make a card that could be uses for MANY occasions! I also stepped outside the box, by using Gilding Wax... I was introduced to them at a Scrapbook Expo and fell in LOVE!

I know here in California it doesn't have QUITE the same meaning, but we do love the cooler weather and hope for some misty mornings!
I decided since there are not really any trees around with colorful leaves, I would make my OWN colorful leaves!! The new Stampin' UP! Autumn Leaves bundle makes this quite easy and fun!!
OH! Night Divine!!
I remember as a child this was one of my FAVORITE Christmas songs! Back in a time when you could still sing traditional Christmas songs in school... Away in the Manger, Oh! Night Divine... Silent Night...
So when I saw these bundles in the upcoming Stampin' UP!© Mini Catalog, I knew I had to have them! I can't post links to these products yet as they are not available to the public yet... but I can show you what I've done with them! I think you will agree both these bundles are DIVINE!

Such a sweet, yet tangy stamp set! Here are couple

Whenever there is a COLOR REFRESH... I CRINGE!! Sometimes we just HATE saying GOOD-BYE!
But along with saying good-bye.. we sometimes find a favorite new friend... or color!
BOHO BLUE is just that! I am in LOVE with this new blue...and the fact that the Countryside Corners Suite included the Countryside Inn DSP... which uses... wait for it... BOHO BLUE, I knew I had to give it a shot!
Then there is the Bloom Hybrid Embossing folder and dies... I almost missed it completely until I saw it in the Clearance Rack! So luckily we met, just before we had to say GOOD-BYE! As of today it is still there but you will have to act fast!

It was as if the two products were meant to MEET.. even if it was for a moment.
Each held their own brilliance and it came together in a SYMPHONY!!
The Bloom Hybrid embossing folder and dies are gone... if you were two ships that passed in the night, don't fret... you can use any of the Stampin' UP! flower stamps with matching dies or punches to create this card... and the embossed Bojo Blue center piece on the front can be embossed with any embossing folder you choose.
The moral of the story is... be sure to keep you eyes open, because good things can pass you by, without you even noticing.. but know that JOY comes in the morning... always... today my JOY is Boho Blue and the Countryside Suite!
